Post Construction Cleaning

Are you nearing the end of a home renovation or construction project in Miami and starting to think about all the cleaning that needs to be done? HaroClean Facility Services has everything you need for cleaning after construction or remodeling.

We take the utmost care to make sure that every part of your new space in Miami is clean, safe, and ready for you to enjoy. We have a standard way of doing things, but our post-construction cleaning service can be changed to meet the needs of our general contractors.

Our services for cleaning up after construction include:

ROUGH CLEAN

During this first step, all construction debris, such as leftover materials, caulking, paint overspray, and adhesives, should be taken care of by the contractors. We can’t offer this service, though, because it could be dangerous.

FINAL CLEAN

During this step, all interior surfaces are cleaned in depth. When this phase is done, the space is usually ready to move into. The Deep Cleaning or Make Ready Cleaning Checklist and the following areas will need to be described in detail:

Cabinets

Each cabinet will be cleaned inside and out, and any dust, dirt, or other debris that has built up will be removed. This includes kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and closets.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms are cleaned from top to bottom, including the floors, fixtures, tubs, showers, counters, mirrors, and any wall tiles.

Baseboards, molding, and floors

Every baseboard, molding, and floor is done with the utmost care. When we choose a cleaning medium, we think about every kind of surface. In many cases, we clean something at more than one level so that it looks like new when we’re done.

Windows, window sills, and ledges inside the house are wiped down or scrubbed.

The outsides of the air vents and return vents are cleaned very well.

Appliances

Any remaining appliances, like a refrigerator or stove, will be cleaned inside and out, including the racks.

Exterior Areas

If you ask, we can clean up the garage or porch, clean the garage cabinets, and clean the outside windows (limited to 1st floor only within reach of our employees)

TOUCH-UP CLEANING

About a week after the dust settles, we can go back in and wipe down all horizontal surfaces to make sure that all dust and dirt is gone. When a house has been empty for a long time after the Final Cleaning, this option is sometimes used.
