Quotes and Payments

Quotes are based on information provided by the client and may be adjusted if conditions differ.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit cards, electronic transfers, or other agreed payment methods.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
HaroClean reserves the right to reschedule or decline service due to unsafe conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Remove valuable, fragile, or personal items prior to service.
Notify HaroClean of any special cleaning instructions, restricted areas, or potential hazards.

Liability

HaroClean is insured and will exercise reasonable care while providing services.
We are not liable for items not properly secured, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
